You may need to re-post your confusing post. I think of a US-based log-in as being foreign. When posting, please use the actual name of the county of origin to reduce the possibility of error.

I am also surprised to see your comment about the admins comment. Please post a link to the posting where the admin said “if you don’t like it go somewhere else.” Bad grammar is never proper.

Thanks for posting. Given that Archive.org has been stated as being US-based, I assumed "foreign" would mean non-US countries. You're correct in that being more specific was needed because I'm the type who'll add "USA" to my address or location when sending an email or message to a non-US recipient. After all, I did correspond with foreign businesses for many years in the aviation/aero field (i.e., ah gotta li'l bit o' empathy).

As far as the admin's comment, that was a few years ago, and I haven't the filing system to retrieve such a link. That post may still be here, though, many, many pages down. If only I had the time to search.
