I posted a show of my band and checked the box to create derivatives for the shn files, but now that the item is up, there are no derivatives, just shn. Does this take extra time to do even after the show is up? if so how much? is there another step needed to make sure the derivatives are made? any help would be appreciated!

As it says in the notes section when you go to post a message:

"If you are asking for help with a specific item, please include a link to the item’s details page"

Post a link, and i'll look into it.

But i'd bet $5 if you told it to make derivatives, and it didn't then the show failed md5 or ffp check on the archive. It might check out OK just fine on your hard drive, but it needs to check out OK on the archive. you will probably need to re-upload a track or two.. give me the link and we'll go from there

You had two md5's for some reason, so I deleted one. Also, don't include .txt files in the md5 from now on, only the shn or flac files. I'll rerun it now.
