what happened was when i selected the show and then the setlist came up i selected the shn and the screen remained the same it did not change. what does this mean?

Try this:
- right mouse click over the zip file
- select "save target as"
- select a destination and the transfer will begin.
(this assumes that you are running a windows based system)

ok so i have a windows based system and i downloaded a show into my music, but when i go to listen windows media says it canno support this file. do i try to open the file from my music using something else besides windows media player, or what?

If the extension is SHN, go to etree.org and get the plugin for WinAmp. If it's a FLAC then you need to go ??? google for FLAC and you can get the plugin for winamp. Both sites will have the decoder programs for conversion to .WAV so you can make a CD out of them.
