Re: Latest upload not in our folder |
Hi,
Oops, I forgot that part of the quesiton...
The md5 check failed, so the derive failed. But right off I can see why - the files don't have file format extensions on them. Your file OSC2006-11-09d1t01 should be OSC2006-11-09d1t01.flac, for example.
You'll need to rename the files with extensions -
* edit item (lower left box)
* Item Manager (link at the top of the page)
* checkout button (keep this page open)
* access files through FTP, rename files
* checkin (link on checkout page)
Once it's checked back in, let me know and I'll rerun the derive. That should work, assuming the files really are all there.

Re: Latest upload not in our folder |
Everything seems hunky dory now, looks like it's passed the md5 portion of the derive okay. It will take a few hours to finish the derive.
If you want to keep an eye on it, go to edit item > item manager > show history and you'll see a blue row there. That's the derive, and it's blue because it's currently running. If it goes red, we've got a problem. Once it goes purple, that means the derive is finished.
thanks!
