Cesarearquato, this post is probably useless on this forum, but will be very useful as a review on the book’s page.

I do not know on what basis the books to be scanned are selected, but given that many books have multiple copies, I doubt the lists are correlated before scanning. (Which is a good thing, exactly to guard against the problem you have faced!) That is, another copy of the book will be hopefully scanned by the IA, or Google, or someone else, in their own good time.

IA and Google would not (and can not) care for your request, but the “someone else” may, and he would find out about your wish only if you mention the need on the book’s page. It is quite possible that someone who has the physical book comes to the IA page to get a pdf, and finding it is corrupt, and that you want it, scans and uploads it himself.

Thanks for the writing the review, Cesarearquato.

The book’s copy with Google is probably bad too. And there is a typo in the Google’s title too, so we know that a “quality check” was missing.

At any rate, I am afraid ‘tpb’ (who uploaded the book) would not read your review as he (she?) has uploaded around a million books scanned by Google already. (So he cannot be expected to keep track of the pages.)

Your best bet is hoping that some third party -- a University of Michigan student perhaps? -- will scan it.

Just to be sure, do you know that many other books by Leone Caetani are available?
