I can totally agree with you there and infact I remember a fair while ago being able to report on reviews, although perhaps it was just the report an error form. Either way, I left a couple messages about redundant and ridiculous reviews and they got acted on, so perhaps they should get reported by everybody when noticed? Unless of course that would clog the error list up. It seems though that the people responsible are thankfully very consistant, for example: http://www.archive.org/search.php?query=reviewer:uglygeorge View a few of his reviews, and you'll see what's passing as a review.

Leaving an error report seems to be the best way to report an accidental duplicate review (usually the result of a mis-click), or a review that may violate the Terms of Use.
