There must be something wrong with me, because I thought the film was fairly interesting. It explained a few things I didn't really understand before, and the animation was really kind of neat. A few notes:

I would like to hear from someone to find out whether the theories taught here are still valid, or whether the science is outdated.

I loved the brief shots of streetcars in the film. Since it was made in Hollywood, I'm assuming that it was the old Pacific Electric system. Can anyone verify this?

Yes, the narration was a little dry, but it was pretty much straight to the point.
