It is remarkable how much he seems to have physically deteriorated between 1991-95. Even in the '94 interview he seems in substantially better shape than in this one from '95:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xo2E_n27WjQ. Rather freaky that he jokes about dying only a few months before he does. If only he HAD given up drugs (and smoking for that matter) in by '91 as that interviewer claims. Perhaps he'd still be around. So sad.
