I've had Meniere's myself for a few years now. At first I was scared but now when I feel it coming on it just makes me angry. That stuff you said about the salt, well, I'm going to give that a try. Meniere's sucks. Thanks for posting that.

Hope it helps; I'll emphasize it, "Miracle cure for me!" I went from spending two days in bed in a dark room to almost never feeling the room tumble. Stairs are still interesting sometimes, (am I walking up the side of a wall or down a stairway?)
Prepared Chicken soup is full of salt and so are most packaged foods. Check the contents of everything you eat and cut out the fast foods until you know their salt contents.
Now, thanks for the 1950’s commercials Your Highness, I had forgotten some of them.

I'm sure it's worth a try. I'm sick and tired of these dizzy spells hitting me where ever and when ever.
