I give up |
I'm trying to make a new item.
The automated upload system from LibriVox doesn't work, so I tried making the page from scratch.
I uploaded the files. All files are recognised as VBR MP3, so I change that to 128 kbps MP3, which is correct. When I ask for the new page I get the error: "The item you have requested has a problem with one or more of the metadata files that describe it, which prevents us from displaying this page."
I tried this procedure twice, both with the same result. The identifiers are: pickwick_1208_librivox and pickwick_club_1208_librivox.
I know that in the past we had problems with the ID3 tags, so I checked these thoroughly, but I cannot find any problem.
Could I please get some help with this? I would like to have one of the identifiers working (and the other deleted).

I did that (new item: pickwick-club_1208_librivox). During derivation I got the same error as with the other pages, but after derivation the page displays ok.
Do you think I can change the VBR to 128kbps now, or should I leave it as it is now?

I'll have to ask at LibriVox, whether leaving it will have complications there, but I think it's no problem.
In the mean time, these identifiers should be deleted (including the files):
pickwickclub_1208_librivox
pickwick_club_1208_librivox
