The Google scan indexed as being Sir Wm. Muir's 1884 facsimile of Blake's Visions of the Daughters of Albion, http://archive.org/details/winningdeclamat00shurgoog, is, as the URL would suggest, actually a book called Winning Declamations and how to speak them, by Edwin Dubois Shurter.
