Forum: texts Subject: ATTN: Jeff Kaplan

hi jeff--

i've got a peculiar problem with the books i've posted.in the item's details page, in the list of file formats on the left hand side of the screen, alongside the HTTP: there's an error message showing up that reads "Unknown err: file_get_contents(http://bt1.archive.org:6969/scrape?info_hash=%bf%7b%8c%9f%82%2b%fc%37%87%a3%58%0e%a9%26%ea%c7%48%aa%ae%23): failed to open stream: No route to host [/usr/local/petabox/www/common/ArchiveTorrent.inc:622] Unknown err: Only variable references should be returned by reference [/usr/local/petabox/sw/bin/bencode.php:35] Unknown err: Undefined property: BEncode_Error::$value [/usr/local/petabox/www/common/ArchiveTorrent.inc:630] Unknown err: Trying to get property of non-object [/usr/local/petabox/www/common/ArchiveTorrent.inc:630] Unknown err: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() [/usr/local/petabox/www/common/ArchiveTorrent.inc:630] Torrent (2/0)

for example, take a look at http://archive.org/details/MovetureTheDailyRushes

apparently, this is now showing up in all of the works i've posted online on the archive. is it ok to say WTF??!!! and do you think you could take a look at this and see what's wrong? i'm still able to view the file online, and it looks ok, but, again, WTF? why is this message showing up all of a sudden and what does it portend?

it's nothing you did. there's a bug in the new torrent feature link. i'll have an engineer look at it.
