I added the txt file to cosmic railroad and when i hit update i get this..

/petabox/sw/bin/dsync.py "/14/.edit/(my email address)/CosmicRailroad2012-07-21/" failed with exit code: 1

Thanks for fixing the other two. I will keep in mind to add txt files when adding future recordings. If it would just be easier to reupload the cosmic railroad recording I can just do that too. Thanks again for the help.

Ok - that's an error that usually goes away within a day or two, but occasionally admins can circumvent it. I just managed to do it, and it's deriving now.
