Once reaching the hospital, this "unnamed" person was reported to have been mumbling "Now THAT was a cow pie to remember".

I've never seen or ever had anyone try to sell me PCP.
Unless those little yellow pills that were going around in the early-mid 80's being sold as "THC" were really PCP.
I never took one.
