I talked about it w/ D. last night. We both used to work w/ folks who were severely mentally and emotionally challenged. We both had to dispense Thorazine, which was 'great' for us as we had completely docile clients. It sucked in every other way, like being a human being.

btw- Those folks needed to be on heavy meds. Just use a scalpel, not a sledgehammer.
