Re: Arsenic and Old Lace |
Really? Wow! That is amazing. Thank you! I'm going to borrow one from Pop anyway and I'll post back what the date says.

Re: Arsenic and Old Lace |
Is that first shot you sent from the film or the trailer? I just took at look at our DVD, which was put out by Turner Broadcasting in 2000 (I think), and it had the correct copyright date on it. What does that mean? Why would yours have a different date on it than mine? Now I'm confused.

Re: Arsenic and Old Lace |
well...I stand corrected!!! you are right, the notice on the film is attached and correct, so it is NOT pd. Looks like the trailer is :)

Re: Arsenic and Old Lace |
That doesn't look like a valid notice to me. It's missing the copyright symbol (© or (c)).

Re: Arsenic and Old Lace |
A copyright notice must contain the word copyright, the copyright symbol, the year and the owner or author of the work. Without the symbol it's not a valid copyright notice.

Re: Arsenic and Old Lace |
I think it needs EITHER the symbol OR the word Copyright.
