Forum: classic_tv Subject: Would this 1957 promo be OK to upload here?

This aired back in July 1957 during a public domain episode of "The Price is Right".

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-YZtKF7vwQ

It promotes 3 series using publicity stills and production stills, but without using any footage from any of the three series.
"The Julius La Rosa Show" is public domain, "The George Sanders Mystery Theatre" is copyrighted, and I don't know the copyright status of "Encore Theatre".

Nevertheless, would this uncopyrighted, public domain promo (containing no footage from any of the three series) be OK to upload even though it features a couple publicity stills for a copyrighted series?
