I'm wondering how useful it really is to post these 10,000 titles.

Oh, wait. I guess it was pretty useful. I'm here and I'm waiting...guess I'll browse the rest of the site while the "rights holders" are contacted (although it seems that if Macromedia's license agreement allows them to do hand you guys these titles, it might also extend into the right to post that material...thoughts?)

No, macromedia does not hold the rights to the content of the cdroms. these have to be cleared explicitly with the owners of these rights (publishers and authors).
