Are those movies in Public Domain List:
1- My name is nobody
2- They called me Trinity
3- Boot Hills
4- The Bigamist
5- The Saint in New York

I would also want to know the reason they are or are not.

1 and 2: if you mean italian movies "Il mio nome è nessuno" and "Lo chiamavano Trinità" at least here in Italy they surely aren't PD: copyright protection is life of the authors+70. Director E.B Clutcher (Enzo Barboni) (movie no.2) died but only in 2002. Most of the others involved are alive and kicking, including music composers Franco Micalizzi and Ennio Morricone...
I cannot guarantee this is valid for the US too, though, since being pre-Berne convention adoption they might have a different status
