Well, the trouble with this one is that the recording is probably still in copyright, as the music itself wasn't written until 1963. Possibly whoever uploaded it here didn't have the right to do so, either. ;)

I wonder if there may be anything suitable in circus music, like http://archive.org/details/bmb19860517 (tracks 8 & 9 are quite fun). That has a suitable licence.
