yeah, i've been having the same problem reading texts. the new interface for texts now resembles the one for films/movies, but without the option of online reading. in other words, there's no way to access the publication except to download it in one of the listed formats such as djvu or pdf. does this mean it's no longer possible on the archive to simply read a text online? not only that, among the formats listed in toward the bottom of the screen, i noticed the kindle version is now missing. what happened? if someone could please respond to this post, i would much appreciate it. thanks.

Glad to find it's not just me. I use Read Online all the time for my research, and none of the options is currently available. I've sent an email to info @, but have no idea if they get read. I really hope this is temporary.

whatever happened, i think the problem has been fixed. the text section seems back to normal, thank goodness.

Thanks for letting us know -- I've been too busy to keep an eye on it, so what a relief. I wasn't enjoying ploughing through a 500 page book in PDF in my laptop, waiting for pages to load.

Yup, after a nights sleep they appear back. What accounted for their mysterious disappearance? Will it ever happen again? Do I want Apple or Banana in my Oatmeal?
