Great player! Does it play a playlist (stream) and what kind of player is it so we may be able to use it if needed?

you can definitely use it for any archive items easily.
you can see the "Embed help" link from any player on our pages
(eg: http://www.archive.org/help/video.php )

it does play playlists, but putting multiple items together into a single playlist (items that are on our site) is possible, but a bit more work and tricker...
