Forum:	faqs	Subject:	Difficulty editing older item.

Hi. I'd like to edit the following two existing files, but I get a "The specified item was not found "live" in the US cluster or does not have metadata." error when I try to check them out. Similarly, I get a "The item you are trying to edit cannot be retrieved from a "primary US node"." error when I try to edit the XML. For both of them, the Item Manager tells me that there are no outstanding tasks for either one.

The files are:

Both seem to work fine, but I can't edit them. Can you take a look at these for me? I've edited hundreds of older files just like these without encountering those errors.

the server is temporarily offline. it should be back in 24-48 hours.
