How can I delete a data file at a specific URL of one of my entries specified here?

The edit item response page does come up but when I click on "change the data file" after clicking on "Edit item", but I receive an error message :"Item does not have metadata."
Please help me with either deleting altogether the entry, or else, please make the data file editing accessible at the above URL. Thank you.

I am guessing that the server is offline, and when it comes back in a few days I should be able to do it. However, the files can be still downloaded from your server, and therefore, I do not quite follow the current situation?
