Possibly my favorite setlist |

A little bit of everything I like about the GD, and a nice video/recording.
Does anyone else notice the somewhat recent proliferation of GD concert footage on youtube recently?

Re: Possibly my favorite setlist |
I have been noticing it this year. It's heavy post-'87, but there are other years mixed in. Other media, such as interviews, have also increased. Someone is being very nice. As other artists clamp down on the content they allow (Tom Waits has really good CR lawyers), GD has allowed show after show into the hopper.
Here's an '81 (out almost a year now),

Re: Possibly my favorite setlist |
Well, thanks a heap Micah! I've been watching/listening to this Providence show non-stop for about the last four days ...
Seriously, though, this is a very cool development. The video is just passable, but matching it with high-quality audio makes it awesome.
I love all you generous tech-heads.
Happy new year

Keep looking if interested. Weekly. That's how much content is being added.
If you get the right one, it can take you back.

Re: Possibly my favorite setlist |
Its been a long time that I watched any video of the Boys.I have spent hours and hours of runs and biking listening to shows. But today I sat down and watched this 81 show.Reminded me of all the wonder and enjoyment I experienced at the shows and a little sad it can never happen again.Watching Jerry,Bob Phil and the rest reminded me what a very special time in my life it was.
Happy New Years everybody.

And I just heard an "I Want to Tell You" tease before the 2nd set opener. How did I not ever notice this show all these years??

I want to tell you, I really enjoyed this second set Pat! And did you also catch Jerry's short Eleanor Rigby tease just before Sugar Magnolia gets underway?

Thanks for the link. When I checked out the MSG show I stumbled upon Brents last show with good quality!
