Well, beyond these two examples, I never bash Weir. Every time I pick up a guitar and try to play along with him, it's "how the hell did he do that?" I've got tremendous respect, not only for his playing, but also for some wonderful compositions. (HIAB ain't one of 'em.)

Learning guitar greatly increased my respect for Bobby as well. His rhythm playing is astonishing at times. Also, many of my favorite Dead tunes were written by Bobby. I can't imagine the GD without him.
