Still having problems. Am I alone?

Before, whenever I tried the new player I was able to go back to the old one. Now, however, the new player is not appearing (despite the message "You are trying the new audio/video player"), and the button "return me to the normal player" is inactive.

I tried uninstalling Adobe Flash and reinstalling it; had no effect.

If anyone has any idea what's going on please share it with me! Thanks.

Don't know if this is a solution or not - but I might try installing another browser like Firefox or Safari, and test that. (Personally not a big fan of some Microsoft products.) Good luck...

It's a 32-bit Vista OS, running Internet Explorer 9.0.8112

Thanks for helping. It's bedtime here in the UK but I'll see what replies there are in the morning.

Seems to be working now. Maybe 'cause I deleted my temporary internet files, or maybe I invoked the right saint.

In any case thanks for help.
