Does any one know the copyright status for "CONDEMNED TO LIVE" ? A film made in 1935. Directed by Frank R. Strayer. Staring Ralph Morgan, Maxine Doyle and Mischa Auer.

i really believe its pd,its been on the archives a long time,its a prc poverty row horror,but not a bad film.i think video cellar and sky bandit would know more about this film being pd,my feeling says it is.
