Hi Jim,

Looks like you renamed the show folder after importing it. Unfortunately, this breaks the process since the foldername is used as the unique identifier in many of our databases - once you import a recording, the folder must remain the same name all the way through the System. Please rename it back to the original foldername and it will pick up where it left off.

In addition, the other show on the same day seems to have been renamed after it was imported as well. Please rename that one back to the original name as well so we can approve it.

Let us know if you have questions about this.

Something weird is happening here, I don't see the show folder in your upload directory anymore... Hold on, checking with the admins to see if something I'm not aware of has happened.

Can it be fixed or do I need to start over and have you delete one or both of the hbrsb shows from 7-02-05. If not please delete one or both and let me know and I well upoad again tonight when I get home from work. Also let me know the best way to name my files from each show so no more confusing happens. Thanks.
Peace

As long as the folders don't have the same name, you're fine - there's no confusion with the system caused by 2 shows on the same date.

I confirmed that the system never deleted the files, yet your upload folder is once again empty. The only cause I can think of is that somehow your FTP software must be deleting the folders. Make sure you do not import the recordings until the upload finishes.
