perhaps yuo need to clear your cache. i just accessed both directories and uploaded a files (and then deleted it).

Hi Jeff,
I would say that in somehow I'm denied to edit this item. I've tried a different browser in a different machine, and I'm still suffering the same problem!

that item is on a server the is currently offline. once it is back you should be able to edit.

i'm not able to duplicate the problem. would suggest you clear your cache and be sure you are logged in with the same account email address that uploaded the content.

Hi Jeff,
I have the same problem with Kayfa_Tata3amal_Ma3a_LLAH_2: When I try to change the files I get the message "Item does not have metadata."
Here is the log :

A "text" folder got removed last night. I was wondering how I can retrieve that. I was importing a file and it automatically got removed. Can you help me with that?

No way! I'm so sorry, My PC didn't alert me for malware. I'll delete it right now. Is there a way to retrieve that folder though? I had some text files that are important.

i'm not able to duplicate the problem. regardless, you need to start a new item page for new uploads. we recommend a maximum of 1,000 files in an item and you item far exceeds that. that can lead to the item breaking.

I have 114 other items there,today after i finished uploading another item this error appeared and also removed everything else. Please can this be fixed and all of them appear again.

i see a total of 59 items uploaded with your current email address. 8 were removed by you, one because of malware.
you'd need to reupload anything that may have failed.
