Hi all,

Sorry to say we just had a bit of a problem with our error report tracking system. The main problem has resulted in many duplicate errors of open and resovled tickets. You might get a duplicate message or a new message about an error that has already been resolved. Please bear with us.

This bug could have also caused some reports filed in the last few weeks to go missing. If you do not hear from someone at the Archive by the end of next week about an error you recently filed, please re-file the report or send a message to info at archive.org with a link to the problem item.
