I'm sorry for coming up with this info after you've already gone through he trouble of uploading it.
I was about to download it and when I saw that it had a rating of 7.5 on IMDB with over 1000 votes and that only Image Entertainment had it out on DVD according to
allmovie, I smelled a rat and had to double-check the copyright records manually. Clearly, this wasn't an obscure movie that could have flown under the radar of Alpha Video and other PD movie distributors.
