It would seem that this particular uploader cares nothing about being a serial violator of copyright, or is just ignorant of the law.

Perhaps sending their email address to the FBI if in the US, and Interpol if it isn't? Such organizations might ignore one or two violations, but a few dozen complaints might catch their eye enough for them to send a warning to scare off the jerks?
