I'm not sure Dean, I only deal with the audio section. I would post this question to the movies forum.

However, since the above mentioned issues only related to the "audio-uploads" server, I doubt this is related. Don't movies go through another server called "movies-uploads"?

If it's in a moving images collection, there are reportedly various kinks to work out related to a major move, see http://www.archive.org/iathreads/post-view.php?id=34660
Perhaps your problems could be related to that somehow.
