FYI Mando, according to the rules I read in todays Portland Oregonian, you would not be allowed to refuse and walk away. If your number comes up you MUST submit to one or the other, the rationalization being that a terrorist would refuse and cannot be allowed to just walk away.

You can refuse and walk away. Then you will be arrested.

And then they will find out how good my lawyer is and how well I know Constitutional Law.

And then your case will make its way all the way up to the Supreme Court and you'll find out how much the Roberts' court truly cares about that document...
