seems ok to me.
you are logged in, clicking the upper right "Edit Item" link,
then clicking "change the files" (right) link,
and it is *not* taking you to a nicely laid out page here:

PS: generally that message means you need to enter metadata first before you can change the files. in rare circumstances, some item changes get held up for minutes to days if we have some temporary or very bad hardware failures. our staff makes sure to keep 2 copies at all times, so sometimes we have to work on repairing hardware *first* before changes can run!

After you posted your reply, it was fixed for Shakhsiat_Andalossia. But for Fada2il, when clicking on Modify the files, I'm getting redirected to this page, which shows the message : Item does not have metadata.
