do you wanna dance? |
I've read in a couple of places that Jerry's first recording was with Bobby Freeman on "do you wanna dance." Is there any truth to this? I love the Ramones cover of this song!

Re: do you wanna dance? |
Unfortunately, the only live performance of this tune was 12/31/87 and the neville's mics weren't turned up so you had trouble hearing the vocals on the PPV broadcast

Re: do you wanna dance? |
Yeah, I'm thinkin' of the original recording back in the late '50's. I swear I've read somewhere that Garcia layed down the rhythm guitar track when he was like 15-16 years old. Maybe someone has this record?

In my condition, their slimming effect is to the point I'd prefer those over the others you may have in your possession, so that may not cut much ice, Smitt...Rob.

Re: do you wanna dance? |
In case you were wondering, those lederhosen chafe like hell.
As for "Smitty", I'd rather go with "Scottie", in honor of my favorite deceased Star Trek character (see the "nerd" thread for the whole "full circle" thing).

SDH is the guy on the left. He's got his arm around the hot chick they had the threesome with later that night.

So that means Tell is sporting the 'Bobby Beard'; just as I suspected.

And that may even be a size 15 pair of slippers he's sporting! Hmmm--he may even be 6'4", but a little underweight to pass as "current PM", though the quads look like he may have been a force in the paint (as I was once upon a time--that's why Flow keeps putting off that two on two championship game we have planned).
