I am trying to establish reaular service of a bookmobile to rural areas in Pulaski County, Arkansas. I don't know how to go about it, all I know is that as a kid we did have one. What I want to see is a moble unit with books and comoputers for internet access. Does anyone have any ideas on how to go about this.
