Hello, re your asking about posting others' works, it is not unusual for users to help friends or colleagues get their works online by posting them here. To help curators understand what you are doing, and to help your colleagues, include accurate English-language information in the details (because I think no current volunteers know Russian, for instance). A statement that posting is by permission of the artist may help. Include the artist's choice of Creative Commons license and their contact information, if they choose.

So basically, I went overseas recently and while there, I acquired the audio library of Russian Southern Baptists (sermons, songs, audiobooks, radio broadcasts, &c.). So I am not sure whose permission I have to get in order to post this information (i.e. manager of the audio library, individual performers/preachers, directors of choir groups, &c.). The material comes not only from Russia but also from other countries where people who speak Russian moved, and I am not sure if licenses such as the Creative Commons license exist in any of those countries. For example, I know someone from Germany who sells the works made in Russia since a copyright, even if it would exist, would only be valid in Russia. So please give me a clarification of what is and is not allowed, and whose permission I have to get to post it. Thanks in advance.

Gee wiz,St Petersbourg ,be patient with me ! I ether didn't notice the link ,or saw it but hesitated to connect to it,but for sure ,I do like russian music ,and I have this Grand movie Docteur Jivago,here nearby .I think creepos are most unfair towards the russian people who proved long ago they are part of us. TO see St Petersbourg must be as interesting as Venise ,Paris,Amsterdam,yes?

Part of us:europeans race and culture,even tho Iknow you got siberian orientals and other moslems in Grand Russia . I don't feel as a christian,yet I like orthodox music and icons . Watever is beautiful to me ,I like ,that is what grooving about Life should be . This planet sure have stuff I don't like,also ,but St Petersbourg City is a beauty !

Wait, so I have to consult a lawyer just to post something? How about if I post it until something happens? All this material is apparently claimed to be available for free at all Russian Southern Baptist churches anyways, so I do not expect to be the first one in trouble. As long as Archive.org does not remove it on the grounds of questionableness or something, I should be good. Does it do something like that?
