There is a network problem
Today I have been getting this error each time I tried uploading a PDF.
What is wrong?
I have uploaded many PDFs before, it worked well in the past. (under FireFox)
Under Chrome I additionally get:

503 Slow Down (details)
<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>
SlowDown Please reduce your request rate.total_tasks_queued exceeds global_limitca46e510-7139-4951-a658-73136f265e3e

This is strange, as I have only tried 1 (22MB) file today...

Hello i have the same problem i think the Internet Archive is simply down for now
i just come later to re test

It finally worked (under Chrome) after having tried for 2 hours.
