Forum: general Subject: Repeat -- violations on Popcorn Project

You deleted a couple of Iron Man I files on Popcorn Project, but Popcorn Project remains a copyright violator, e.g., the first rows of thumbnails in the Popcorn Project link below would seem to have copyrighted videos.

https://archive.org/details/popcornproject

Two examples:
https://archive.org/details/Popcornarchive-theShining
https://archive.org/details/Popcornarchive-theMatrix1999_ice00

What is it about the Popcorn Project that makes those uploads OK? The Shining MP4 (1.40 GB) took just about six minutes to download on a busy weekend; and The Matrix MP4 took about five minutes (at 0.89 GB). These are complete movies (eh, sort of).

Follow-up: when will the metadata formatting of those uploads be fixed? The coding is all screwed up (at least as viewed in Chrome). Refer to snip.

Another follow-up some of these video files have screen ratios which are wonky. Seems like Popcorn Project still needs work.

Thank you for listening.
