Forum: texts Subject: Most efficient way to report book that doesn't match metadata?

What is the most efficient way to get corrections made when an upload's metadata goes to a completely different and totally unrelated book?

I (and others) come across these more and more. They really need a human to take a look at them and fix them.

For example, this is a children's book called "Benjy's Dog House" by Margaret Bloy Graham:

This is the metadata:
Histoire naturelle des insectes, coléoptères
by Castelnau, Francis, comte de, 1812-1880

Publication date 1851
Topics Beetles, Insects -- Anatomy
Publisher Paris, Société bibliophile

Another example. This is a children's book called "More Than Anything Else" by Marie Bradby:

This is the metadata:
Notes of a journey from Toronto to British Columbia
by Busk, Charles Westly, 1852-1924

Publication date 1884
Topics Northwestern States -- Description and travel
Publisher London, Printed by Taylor and Francis
