It's not, I checked at work and at home, and the collection stops around the late 1960s.

I was able to find a 90s issue from a direct link from my website, but when I tried to search for it by title as a test, it didn't show up.

I was able to find the 1970s issues here https://archive.org/details/sim_seventeen_1972-02_31_2/page/n81/mode/2up

Then I could use previous and next issue to find the ones I wanted. Hope that helps!
