Two questions:
1) If this book is not available to borrow, then why does the thumbnail say "Use your free account to borrow this book and gain access to all the pages"? This seems misleading - I am signed in and cannot access ANY of the pages except the cover.

2) How can a user show that he or she has a print disability so that he/she can have access to a book? I don't personally have a print disability, but I'd love to know this so that I can help my dad, who does have one. I don't see how to get access though. The help link sends me in an infinite loop of FAQs that don't answer the question.

I have the same issue for any book available. I also don't have print disability, am signed in and wanted to borrow books for online reading. I hope this issue will get resolved.
