Does the item exist? Like can it be found when you go to the details page?

You cannot use this feature to replace an item that has been lost. In that case you have to resubmit the item under a different name.

I used the Item Updater to upload a newer version of the track.

Ok I've marked it resolved - the replacement should now go through. The server on which the item is on might have been down when you initially queued the replacement.
