How good a programmer are you?

AFAIK, there exist no tools to automatically parse Archive XML files and add tags to FLAC files, though for a good Perl / Python / Java programmer it shouldn't take more than an hour or two to make such a tool.

I can't program a single thing. It was tough enough for me to customize the smart title formating in winamp. Are the xml files really just for the server's use or do people actually use them?

As far as I know, only the servers use them right now.
