Probably because it's so fun to ridicule someone purely because he's republican. Had Bill Clinton been in charge the last 8 years, and all the stuff happened the way it happened, the media would be pointing at some other republican to blame.

1. Because he's an evil genius and/or bumbling idiot depending on what interests are served by which analogy at the time. Either way, he made those poor third world people vote for their own government and that's just wrong. But americans did nasty things before like force the same evil tyranny on japan and germany. We are like death with a spiffy reconstruction program... it's a love hate thing. Besides whithout the devil, there could be no messiah. It's all smoke and mirrors.

2. They do not update the picks regularly.

Take your pick, they are both true.

I always thought the Archive staff were Reaganist conservatives...

Government's view of the economy could be summed up in a few short phrases: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. And if it stops moving, subsidize it.

The most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the government and I'm here to help.

I'd love to know what you'd do in the event of a natural disaster, unprovoked invasion or disease pandemic.

When the government rescue helicopters come to take you to safety, will you wave them away saying "no thanks, I'll wait for the free market to create services that meet current demands"?

I thought the helicopters never came? Make up your mind. I have my bullets and canned goods, I'll be fine. The purple states still allow you to protect yourself. If I had a nickel for everytime I used the government services I'd be broke.
