Well, "lawful" vs "permissible within site's TOS" vs "sensible" can all be distinctly different things. What I get out of that message is that a Godtube employee won't go to jail just because one of their lusers pushed a Benjamin Button cam to the site.

Their premise would be along the lines of fencing stolen goods and saying, it's "lawful" until the original owner "contacts them directly" and asks to have the item returned.
