I'd like to know this as well, I have a number of the movies on this list and more.

I see Chase Step by Step, Return of the Kung Fu Dragon, Image of Bruce Lee, Impossible Kid, Sister Streetfighter, Guy with the Secret Kung Fu, and the Ninja Death trilogy are uploaded here now. Maybe it was you who uploaded them after not receiving the answer.

Did you ever find out about other titles from this list?

It seems the copyright was restored under GATT/URAA in 2004.
