This film is a French short film. It was not shown in the US until about a year after it was shown in France. For this reason its previous Public Domain status (it was registered in 1983 but not renewed the necessary 28 years from publication - 1984) was reinstated by the Uraguay Round Agreements Act, which reinstated lapsed US copyrights to foriegn films that were not Public Domain in their home country. So this film is protected by Copyright in the USA, so it can't be posted on Internet Archive.
